   -Visit all potential sites and sсrееn proposals that are potentially eligible to participate in project as demo plot hosting beneficiary and provide recommendation according to six related criteria
   -Develop demo business plans and bidding documents for selected beneficiaries
   -Participating in evaluation of bidding process, closely work with procurement specialist of PMU, prepare a neutralization table, provide with guidance on equipment and agriculture machinery
   2.Conduct demonstration work and trainings
   -Organizing demonstration/training in total 307 demo plots, including 214 demo plots involve only training and 93 demo plots involve training with purchased equipment

   Training modules covering the following aspects of animal health:
       • Epidemiological surveillance and early detection:
           -OIE priority list diseases and countries;
           -review of new programs to control transboundary, zoonotic and reemerging animal diseases.
       • Emergency Response:
           -emergency plans for specific priority diseases and general plans for other diseases;
           -conducting simulation exercises, including modern methods of sampling, mass blood sampling, forced emergency vaccination.
       •Prevention, control and eradication of diseases:
           -human health risks;
           -Livestock Priorities - Cattle Health and Production:
               -the health of cattle, both at the level of individual animals and at the level of herd health;
               -animal husbandry.
       •Animal welfare:
           -Introduction to OIE recommendations on animal welfare;
           -Animal welfare in beef and dairy cattle production systems

Tasks completed:  Increase the productivity and profitability of the horticulture sector in project areas, by increasing the capacity in the field of farm management, management practices and transfer of agro-technologies along the fruit and vegetable value chain, improving food safety and quality standards.
Objective of the Project:
   -Drawing up a pests’ map;
   -Creation and management of demonstration plots;
   -Development of training programs;
   -Development of applications for smartphones;
   -Publication of articles;
   -Development of video instructions;
   -Carrying out trainings;
   -Cooperation with research institutes on various matters;
   -Study of foreign varieties (breeds) and development of methodologies for their further cultivation in the Republic of             Uzbekistan.

Survey of participants in the horticulture value chain in the Republic of Uzbekistan

Based on the questions recorded in the interview sheets, surveys were conducted among 9 PFIs and 45 end users by any possible online measures (telephone, communication, web conference, etc.). Additional information to interview sheets by gathering information from PFIs and end users.

Conducting trainings and individual consultations on the topic of "Modern methods of cultivation and agricultural technology of greenhouse crops" for the beneficiaries of the credit line

Tasks completed: International consultants were involved in the audit of intensive orchards and agro-industrial complexes and individual consultations through the hanging of all projects financed by IBRD loans.
